The hotel was conveniently located off Interstate 81, making it easy to get on and off the highway. Additionally, the host who checked me in was very nice and welcoming.

I was underwhelmed by the hotel and felt that it was overpriced for the remote location and its condition. The bathroom could have used some detailed cleaning, with rust on the shower rod and black mold underneath the bath fixtures.

This place offers a wonderful experience in a historic building with rooms featuring a king bed, close to California and surrounded by good restaurants in Marion and West Virginia.
